It's Always Sunny In Alta Lakes

So all these posted backwards but here goes.
This is the beta photo for a later misson. Silver chute, and the wire.
And below was todays route which was fun, but I'm not sure of the name. Awful pretty line though!

Luke coming down the chute, looking hardcore. We will leave out what actually happened.

Above is a view from the top of the chute.
Here is Luke on the approach, fun fun!

Gold Hill 10

Here I am at the top of the chute. The chute is the furthest one from the backcountry gate. It is about a 30 min hike with a couple moves of class 4 climbing. Then this is the gat back into the resort.

This is a view looking down the chute from the top. The sign seen in the previous photo is just to the left.

Here is a view from above the chute taken from the top of a rock out croping. Notice the tracks from the ski patrol boot pack. No other tracks, Nice! The choke that can be seen is about the width of an average ski length. My snowboard would touch both sides if on edge. Its only about 10 feet long though so it's an easy on to get through.

A shot from the bottom right before it opens up to the basin. The rock in the top left corner is where the previous photo was taken from.

And finally the same photo position looking out into prosbect basin. What Fun!

Bear Creek, yumm!

San Juaquin Chute. Stu calls it 'a quintessential ski run'. We shall see.
